Playoff Format

The PGA Championship playoff format consists of a three-hole aggregate-score playoff. The holes used in the playoff are 16, 17, and 18.

Cut Rules

First Two Rounds

After the first two rounds of play, the top 70 players and ties advance to the weekend rounds. This is known as making the cut.
