Injury Report: Celtics and Pacers Battle in Game 2 of Eastern Conference Finals

Celtics Depth Tested in Eastern Conference Finals

The Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers will face off in Game 2 of their 2024 Eastern Conference Finals series tonight. The Celtics, who hold a 1-0 lead, will be without injured big man Kristaps Porzingis for the second consecutive game.

Porzingis has been sidelined since Game 4 of the Celtics' first-round series against the Miami Heat. His absence has put a strain on the Celtics' frontcourt depth, but they have managed to win their first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals without him.

The Pacers, meanwhile, have no major injuries to report. However, All-Star guard Jrue Holiday is questionable for Game 2 with an illness. Holiday scored 28 points in the Pacers' Game 1 loss to the Celtics.

If Holiday is unable to play, it will be a major blow to the Pacers. Holiday is one of the team's best players and his absence would give the Celtics a significant advantage.
